Information: Chanchamayo is a Province of the Junin Region, which produces between 20 – 25% of Peru’s production. Considered Peru’s finest premium gourmet coffee. HB refers to hard bean conserving beans that have been grown between 1200 and 1300 m. Grade 1 is the highest quality that of the category. We can find grades 2 and 3. MCM means Machine Cleaned Mejorado which refers to the process of ripping the cherry's shelves.
