Cultivated on ancient terraced farms and processed through the meticulous natural method, this lot showcases the remarkable potential of Yemen’s high-altitude terroir and the historic Kent genetic lineage, a variety whose origins trace back to Yemeni Typica-Bourbon populations.
This coffee was selected as part of Qima’s Farmer Series and sourced exclusively through a fresh-cherry supply chain that ensures complete traceability. Cherries are selectively handpicked, carefully transported to raised parabolic beds, and dried for 15–25 days under constant monitoring of moisture, density, and BRIX, preserving clarity and depth in every cup.
